This committee connects with our website support person to review and suggest updates for the PAC website. Members provide feedback on changes, request technical updates, and ensure the site stays current and helpful for families.

This committee helps our school celebrate the Lunar New Year with a festive Lion Dance. Volunteers coordinate with the school and performers, organize support, and plan activities to create a welcoming event for students and families. It’s a chance to share culture, build connections, and celebrate our school spirit.

Explores fundraising options and coordinates approved activities with the PAC.

Recruits and organizes volunteers, keeping a list of who’s available to help and matching them to PAC needs.

Gathers parent feedback, identifies priorities, and tracks progress on issues that matter to families.

Promotes student safety and health, checks the school grounds, and reports concerns.

Provides translation (such as Chinese–English), ensuring PAC information is accessible to all families.

Supports PAC technology — keeping websites, membership systems, and online tools running smoothly.

Plans cultural celebrations, family days, and events that build community and highlight diversity.

Organizes reading clubs, science fairs, and other learning activities in collaboration with teachers.

Plans workshops and sessions to support parents with skills, tools, and PAC knowledge.

Seeks external resources, sponsorships, and grants to support PAC projects.
